At Luxe Orienta, all items are shipped directly from our factory in China to ensure quality control and cost efficiency.

Processing Time

In-stock items: Please allow 2 business days for packaging and preparation.

Customized or handmade items: Production takes approximately 5 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity and order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free international shipping on all orders.

Once shipped, delivery takes around 7 business days via express couriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on your location.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Duties & Taxes

Import duties or taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority.

To help reduce your customs fees, we can declare a lower invoice value (e.g., $50) upon request. Please indicate this during checkout or contact us after placing your order.
